Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account and use the xk33 platform. We may request an ID or other documents for age verification at any time. If a user is found to be a minor, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, we reserve the right to close the extra accounts and forfeit any balances held in them.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. It is your responsibility to update any changes in a timely manner. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Any activity carried out from your account will be considered as carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. It is recommended that you deposit using the same payment method registered to your account.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Requests are generally processed in 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.

3.3 Third-Party Payments

Deposits into an account through a third party are strictly prohibited. All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Violation of this rule may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳18,000 will add the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, for a total of ৳28,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the combined amount of the deposit and bonus. The requirement is 10x the bonus amount.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Abusing bonus benefits or using them for fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited. This includes:

Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
Placing coordinated bets to circumvent bonus terms.
Using false information to take advantage of bonus benefits.

If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

4.4 Other Promotions

VIP Program Terms

5.1 VIP Tiers

xk33 has three VIP tiers. A member can gradually move up to a higher tier through regular play:

Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

5.2 VIP Benefits Terms

VIP cashback and other benefits are provided at xk33's discretion. These benefits are not considered cash and may change under special circumstances. xk33's decision regarding the loss or change of a VIP tier is final.

Prohibited Activities

6.1 Technical Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug in the platform.
Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.
Attempting hacking, phishing, or other cyberattacks.

6.2 Financial Crimes

Using xk33 for money laundering or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited. If suspicious transactions are detected, the relevant authorities may be notified. Accounts will be closed immediately in such cases.

6.3 Collusion Fraud

Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage against the platform — such as placing planned bets from multiple accounts in the same game — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be cancelled.
